Innovative Three-Stage Filtration Process

The pressurizer operates using the CAF FPS 55 Series system, incorporating a CAF48R or CAF47R filter. Our three-stage filtration process is designed to deliver unparalleled air purification:

1. Contaminated air is drawn into the system through the pre-cleaner, which utilizes a circular motion to separate larger particulates, significantly extending filter life.
2. Air then passes through the three-stage primary filter:
   • Stage 1: The standard PAPER media effectively captures heavy dust present in agricultural, industrial, mining, and off-road environments. Additionally, it excels at absorbing liquid aerosol droplets.
   • Stage 2: The respirator-grade ACTIVATED CARBON media adsorbs organic vapors, including diesel and chemical fumes. Our customized and refined activated carbon maximizes the adsorption capacity.
   • Stage 3: The sub-micron FINAL FILTER provides exceptional protection, filtering particles up to 99.998% at 0.3µm, while maintaining optimal airflow.
3. Clean air is then circulated inside the cabin, creating a positive flow that pushes out any potential contaminants through micro-environment leaks. A differential pressure gauge is available to monitor flow rates and filter life, ensuring optimal performance.
