Experience the Cleanest Air in the World

At EcoPro, we are proud to present the CAF Cab Air Pressurizer and Filtration System. Developed by CAF (Clean Air Filter), this system is designed and tested to deliver air that is up to 200 times cleaner than leading competitors at 0.3 microns. The result is a cleaner, safer cabin environment for operators working long hours in demanding conditions.

Safety and Comfort for Operators

Providing a safe and healthy work environment is critical for productivity. EcoPro systems actively filter out pollutants, allergens, and harmful particles, creating a cleaner micro-environment inside the cabin that helps operators stay focused and comfortable.

Unmatched Durability and Efficiency

Featuring a robust powder-coated steel enclosure and an industrial-grade German motor, the pressurizer is built for long-term reliability. With up to 99% efficiency at 0.3µm (MPP), it ensures only clean air circulates inside the cabin.

Extended Filter Life and Easy Maintenance

Under normal conditions, filters require replacement at approximately 2,000 hours with proper cleaning. Even in extreme environments, filters can last up to 1,000 hours, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Innovative Three-Stage Filtration Process

  1. Pre-cleaner separates larger particulates using a circular airflow, extending filter life.
  2. Primary filtration stages:

    • Stage 1: Paper media captures heavy dust and liquid aerosol droplets.
    • Stage 2: Activated carbon adsorbs organic vapors, diesel, and chemical fumes.
    • Stage 3: Sub-micron final filter captures up to 99.998% of particles at 0.3µm.
  3. Clean air is circulated into the cabin, creating positive pressure that pushes contaminants out through small leaks. Optional differential pressure gauges help monitor system performance and filter life.

Join us in prioritizing clean cabin air. Provide your operators with cleaner air, improved comfort, and reliable protection in the toughest environments.

Installation

The EcoPro CCAP system is designed for straightforward installation on heavy equipment when proper preparation and procedures are followed. Typical installation time for a CCAP system is approximately four to six hours, depending on machine configuration and cab condition.

Approximate installation time: 4–6 hours

Important Safety Note

Always use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow standard equipment safety procedures during installation.

Pre-Installation Preparation

Before installing the CCAP system, thoroughly clean the cab interior and surrounding areas. The cab should then be sealed completely to ensure optimal pressurization and system performance.

CCAP Installation Steps

  1. Mount the unit Secure the CCAP unit in the designated mounting location.
  2. Install air induction Route and install the air induction components as specified.
  3. Install electrical connections and DPG Complete all electrical connections and install the Differential Pressure Gauge (DPG) if applicable.
  4. Verify proper operation Start the system and confirm correct airflow, pressurization, and system function.

Differential Pressure Gauge (Optional)

The Differential Pressure Gauge (DPG) may be installed to monitor filter life and cab pressure. In some fleet operations, filters may instead be changed based on preventative maintenance schedules rather than gauge readings, depending on operational efficiency preferences.

Enjoy cleanroom-level cab air cleanliness.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance of the EcoPro CCAP system ensures consistent performance, effective filtration, and long service life. Routine inspections and timely filter changes help maintain optimal cab pressurization and air quality.

Filter Maintenance

Filters should be changed based on in-cab pressure drop as indicated by the Differential Pressure Gauge (DPG), or according to your fleet’s preventative maintenance schedule.

Installation and Hardware Checks

Do not over-tighten filter nuts during service. Maximum torque is 50 inch-pounds. Over-tightening can damage components and reduce system effectiveness.

Hose and Induction Inspection

Inspect all air induction hoses at least annually and replace them as needed. Leaks or damage in hoses will reduce system performance and minimize pressurization effectiveness.

Warranty Information

Most EcoPro CCAP systems include a two-year warranty covering materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or improper maintenance. In this product class, many providers do not offer warranty coverage.
